Yes, you need to be fasting (8-12h) and have consumed water only during that time. Tests must be taken first thing in the morning (some pathologists won't take the bloods after a certain time). You may need to book an appointment with the collection centre.

Yes, if you have a monthly cycle and are wanting to look at hormones specifically then do the blood test on day 2 of your cycle (day 2 of bleed)

Day 2 of your cycle is day 2 of your bleed. The 1st day is the first day you need to use menstrual products pads/tampons/cups etc

We prefer DHM, Laverty, QML, Sullivan Nicolaides, Melbourne Pathology, Dorevitch etc 

Your blood test referral form is accepted at any Australian Pathology Collection Centre, if you live overseas please contact admin@emilyroseyates.com as we may be able to find solution

Please email admin@emilyroseyates.com once you have your bloods done to let us know where and when (which pathology collection centre) you had your tests done to keep this process as streamlined as possible.

Please allow 5-7 working days to have us and the doctor process and sign the referral form and have it returned to you.

All tests are all covered by Medicare as per your referral form.

Day 3 or 4 is ok, just let the practitioner know for interpreting your results.
