Nervous System Reset

Hey, I'm Eliza Blackwood, one of the naturopaths on Emily's team and a meditation practitioner who's passionate about helping people feel genuinely calm (not just "trying to relax" calm).

I'd love for you to join me for a Nervous System Reset, a guided group experience designed to help you come back to yourself.

We'll start by exploring how your circadian rhythm affects your nervous system and how you can work with it (not against it) to feel more regulated throughout the day. Then we'll move into a grounding meditation to help you release built-up tension and stress, so you can walk away feeling clear, steady, and restored.

This is for you if you've been feeling wired, overwhelmed, or like you just can't switch off. You don't need any experience, just come as you are.

About Eliza’s Meditation Approach
Meditation is simply about taking time to reconnect with your deeper self. In our busy lives, it can be hard to slow down - that’s where group meditation can really help, offering support and shared energy.

Eliza's journey with meditation began while studying Naturopathy, where she was drawn to energy healing and went on to complete her Reiki Master training, as well as studies in Theta Healing, intuitive chakra balancing and Serenity Vibration Healing.

Over the years, she has guided both individuals and small groups in meditation, and she loves creating a calm, supportive space where people can feel grounded and connected. Her approach is simple and accessible - meditation doesn’t need to be complicated.
